Philip E. Moore, age 78, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 19th, 2023.
He was born April 2nd, 1945, in Elmira, New York to Philip and Virginia Moore.
He was a graduate from Ripton College.
Philip truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; spending time with his daughter, granddaughters and his dogs.
Philip had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way.
He is survived by his daughter, Lara Willard, Son-in-Law, Tyler Willard, granddaughters, Ella and Ava, sister Candice Moore and his dogs, Teddy and Tug.
